Sponsors of Multiple sites

  • Initial Setup Fee: $375.00
  • Recurring monthly payment of $30.00 per month (Per site child enrollment limit of 400, please contact us if you will need to enroll more than 400 children per site)
  • Annual maintenance fees: (Charged Annually)
    • $300.00 for 1 – 50 sites
    • $400.00 for 51 – 200 sites
    • $500.00 for 201+ sites
  • Includes two days of 2 hours training sessions using remote log in

Basic Support Plan:

  • 1 hour of customer support per month
  • Unlimited free support for first 5 months of usage
  • Over-Limit Hourly Fee: $50 per hour

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE (Single Sites other than Summer Food Service): 

CENTERPILOT agrees to charge CUSTOMER and CUSTOMER agrees to pay for License and Service options as listed herein and invoiced periodically, with all invoice payments due within 10 days of receipt of Invoice or as noted by CENTERPILOT’s current Payment Policy, unless otherwise indicated.
