Our team comes out of the CACFP world — sponsors, center operators, and food program specialists who spent years buried in meal counts, production records, and review prep, and decided the software should do more of the work.
We’re a small company based in Rockwall, Texas, and we like it that way. It means when you call, you get someone who knows your name and your program. Is CenterPilot compliant with my state’s CACFP requirements?
Yes. CenterPilot is used by centers and sponsors across the country, and our team keeps the software current with USDA and state requirements. When a state needs something specific — like New Jersey’s reporting rules — we’ve built it.
Can you move my data from another system?
Yes, and we do the heavy lifting. We import your participant information for you and provide step-by-step transition guides. El Paso Human Services moved 80 sites to CenterPilot in a few months and called it smoother than they expected.
What does support cost?
Nothing. Unlimited customer support is free on every plan. You call, a real person answers — usually one who has run a food program themselves.
Do I need the Attendance App?
No — it’s an optional $20/site/month add-on. Everything else in CenterPilot works without it. Sponsors can enroll some sites and not others.
How long does setup take?
Independent centers are usually up and running within days. Multi-site sponsors take longer depending on size, but we handle participant imports and train your staff along the way — at no extra charge.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It’s yours. We store your claim data, receipts, and documents perpetually while you’re a customer, and we’ll help you export if you ever go.
