Do I need an account to request a CN label?
No. The form takes about two minutes and no account is needed.
What photos do you need?
Four. The CN label itself with the number legible, the front of the product showing count or weight, the ingredient list, and the Nutrition Facts label. JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 12 MB each.
Who can see the label once it is added?
Everyone. Every product requested gets added for every CenterPilot center — that is the point of one shared database.
What if I cannot find the CN label number?
Send what you have. The CN label number and the manufacturer product number are both optional on the form. The photo of the label is not, and the number needs to be legible in it.
